For over 25 years we have been the exclusive agent and service partner for Schat Harding Lifeboats In Malaysia. Now FMS extended its portfolio by being an exclusive service partner for Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding for Single fall and Freefall lifeboats.We also service SSI – Survival Systems International for Single fall lifeboats – Whittaker or the Bruckers.

Qingdao Beihai

Lifeboat is located in Qingdao City, China Shipbuilding Park. Established in 1983 with areas of 68,113m2 with manpower of 230 persons of 36% Management, Engineer and Technician. The factory produced 600  800 of Boat & Davits per year. The factory has a complete testing facility Testing Pool 60mtr long with 10m deep and test tower of 36m height for Free Fall boat testing with all kind of Lifeboats type approval test and shop test.

Qingdao Beihai manufactured Rescue Boat, Free Fall and Twin Fall Lifeboat and Davits. Designed and built in accordance with the latest LSA Code, Fire Test, Drop Test, Impact Test and Self-Righting Test. Beihai have quality Management System :

• ISO 9002 (version 2000) & GJB9001A 2001 and (National Military Standard) 2002

Beihai Lifeboat have been approved by different classification societies ABS, LR, KR, RINA, USCG, DNV, CCS, CR, KG, GL, BV, NK, RS, MCA, MMF, DMA and CE. 80% of the Lifeboats & Davits are reported to more than 20 countries including Malaysia, Singapore, USA, Korea, Japan, UAE, India, Brazil, etc. There were over 6000 sets of boats on board all over the world. We have service partners worldwide at 160 service stations.
